When you shop with us or access our services and website (our “Website”)), these Terms apply, and your agreement to these Terms will be needed. They’re important for both you and us as they set the agreement between us and define what we expect from each other. The Terms also provide you with helpful information. If you do not like and/or agree to our Terms you should stop immediately with using and accessing our Website and refrain from using our services.

We keep these Terms updated and we amend them every so often, so remember to check back in before you shop, as the latest set will apply.

About you

To shop with us, you need to:
  • be at least 18 years old;
  • have a credit or debit card that we accept (see bottom of page for details of current payment providers); and
  • be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).
  • be a private individual (we do not permit corporate customers).

Our service

stylesontop.com provides large discounts on a huge selection of fashion products. Shopping at discounted prices on our website is only possible if you are a Member (either Classic or Prime).

We provide the same selection of fashion products to all our Customers, however If you are not a Member you will purchase at the regular show price. You will not need an account or to be a Member to purchase our products at the regular prices.

All Customers and Members will pay shipping cost per product, the shipping costs will be visible upon checkout and before you go through with your payment.

Placing an order

All customers will, when they place an order, receive an email order confirmation as soon as the order is finished, and another email after we have shipped out your product.

  • Classic Members will need to sign into their account before they can shop at the discounted pricing. When you sign up for Classic Membership you will be given a trial term of 3 days for just currency GBP 3.
  • Prime Members will need to sign into their account before they can shop at the discounted pricing and before you have access to the Exclusive Products, which are complementary and only available to our Prime Members. When you sign up for Prime Membership you will be given a trial term of [tags_shop_initial_days_Prime] days for just currency GBP [tags_shop_initial_price_Prime]. Please note that Prime Membership may only be bought in conjunction with buying at least one product.
  • Regular Customers You place your order for the product – at the regular price - directly on our Website.

Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order or an account. If your account has been blocked and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Service and they’ll be happy to speak to you about it.Î

Product descriptions and prices

If you discover an error about our product description, please get in touch and we will correct the error immediately. All prices include VAT (where applicable).

Delivery costs may also be charged (see below). Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the 'Total'.

All our discounted prices shown are for Members only.

Billing

We may use periodic subscription fees at the time of the initial enrollment for our Members. The Member is responsible for such fees according to these Terms. All charges will appear on the Customer’s account statement as stylesontop.com+441835343011.

  • Recurring billing According to these Terms, fees in connection with Memberships will be automatically renewed at the conclusion of the first term chosen, for the same amount and duration, unless the Member gives notice of cancellation.
    We occasionally enrol our devoted Members in a loyalty program where randomly selected Members will receive a discounted Membership price on the subsequent payment only.
    By accepting these Terms, all Members consent to being enrolled in the trial period of their choice for the trial price offered at signup and acknowledge that, unless the Membership is cancelled before the trial period expires, the Member will automatically be enrolled in a full Membership at the price and conditions selected upon signup. Additionally, the Member permits us to charge the provided payment method the full Membership fee for each subsequent payment cycle.
  • Billing notifications will be sent from [email protected]. The credit card bill for the Subscriber will show this transaction as stylesontop.com+441835343011.

An administrative fee of up to 3 GBP may be charged to a Member’s payment method if a recurring payment (Membership fee) is not successfully processed, this to keep the Membership active until the entire recurring payment cost can be successfully charged.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered through local postal service or courier. Depending on your location, the estimated delivery time is between 10 and 15 business days. Until delivery, we assume all responsibility for the acquired goods.

stylesontop.com offer delivery in many Countries. Due to climate-related needs or the application of mandatory laws (e.g. VAT or regarding official mandatory periods for end of season sales), the Products sold and their prices may vary from Country to Country.

Delivery costs (shipping costs) will be applied per product and will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the 'Total'.

If you have any problems with your delivery, please let us know within 30 days of the date which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.

Return and refunds

We get it, sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. Don’t worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.

  • Returns
    You must notify us within 14 days from delivery day by calling us at +441835343011 or emailing us at [email protected] if you wish to return an item. Our support centre is open 24 hours 7 days a week.
    • In certain cases, like in the case of sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, your right to return an item get cancelled if the item becomes unsealed after delivery.
    • You are responsible for covering any deterioration in value caused by using the item improperly or in a way that is contrary to its intended purpose and usage. To put it another way, you may test the item in the same way that you would at a real store. However, depending on the economic worth of the item(s), you could end up getting just a small portion or none of the purchase price back if you return the item after damaging it via overuse or negligence.
    • All shipping costs related to returns will be covered by you.
    • Please make sure to include a copy of your order confirmation together with the item(s) you are returning, this will speed up the return process.
  • Refunds
    When we have received your unused item(s) your refund for the product(s) will be paid to the original payment method you used when you purchased the item(s). We retain the right to delay issuing your refund until we have received the returned item(s) and had a chance to inspect them. We do not issue refunds for shipping costs you have incurred in connection with returning the item(s).
    • Recurring billing As a Member you can ask for a refund for your recurring costs by getting in touch with our Customer Service. However, partially used memberships will not be eligible for refunds.
    • If you wish to cancel your Membership you should read below under the section “Cancellation” to see your options.

Please note, that no refunds will be given by cash, check, money transfer, or any other form of payment.

According to the payment method you have used, the deposit of the funds to your bank account may take 7-10 business days after we have processed the refund.

Cancellation

If you as a Member wish to cancel your Membership, you can do so by contacting our Customer Service before your current term ends. Our Customer Service is open 24 hours 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling +441835343011 or by sending an email to [email protected].

As a Member (Classic or Prime), by signing up you agree that we automatically renew your Membership cost according to these Terms, unless you inform us of your wish to cancel before the end of your current period. All cancellations received by us in due time to the expiration of your Membership shall be effective upon receipt.

You will be entitled to all Membership benefits up until the end of your then-current Membership period. If your Membership for any reason is terminated before to the end of the then-current Membership period, you are not eligible for a prorated or partial refund.

Upon termination you accept and agree that your password will be deleted from the system by the end of then-current Membership period.

We retain the right to, at any time, in our sole discretion, and without cause or the provision of any reason, terminate your Membership.

Communication

You accept that all communication between us and you (as a regular customer, Classic Member or Prime Member) shall be in electronic form exclusively, and we will use the email address you have provided us with, either during your registration as a Member or your purchase as a regular customer.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we’ll use your information. If your details change, remember that you need to update your account, so we can continue giving you our best service.

Things you should't do

We know it’s obvious, but you must not misuse or tamper with our websites, apps or other services (“Websites”) (e.g. hack, introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material or carry out denial of service attacks etc) or otherwise mess with our tech or functionality or steal our or our customers’ data. Doing any of these things may be a criminal offence, but they also get in the way of us giving our loyal customers the best service, so we take them really seriously. We will report any such breach or activity (and all information about the people carrying it out) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

We recommend our customers and Members to use virus protection software when using any website, including ours. Although we have a dedicated team who work hard to stop people messing with our Website, we can’t guarantee that it will always be secure from bugs, viruses or trouble-makers.

You’re not allowed to use automated systems or software to extract data from our Website (AKA 'screen scraping').

Please take note: you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Esho Track Limited, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use (or misuse) of this Website or your breach of these Terms.
All our Classic and Prime Members agree when register on stylesontop.com that;

  • access rights is granted for sole use to one Member only,
  • the rights are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any other third parties
  • commercial use of either our website or any products/services is strictly prohibited
  • username and password are strictly confidential and Members are required to keep their access rights strictly confidential and are restricted from sharing the access rights with any other individual
  • unauthorised access to our website is a breach of these Terms
  • we might track the use and entry to our services through special software
  • if any breach of security, theft or loss of access rights, or unauthorised disclosure of access rights information occurs, you as a Member agree that you immediately will notify us of said security breach and that you will remain liable for unauthorised use of our services until we are notified of the security breach by e-mail or telephone.

Please note that stylesontop.com reserve the right to terminate a Members access right at any time if these Terms are breached. stylesontop.com will not release access rights for any reason, to anyone other than the Member, except as may be specifically required by law or by a court order.

Complaints or need to speak to us

We follow the legal complaint process for 24 months following delivery. This implies that, depending on the circumstances, you may be able to get your purchase fixed, exchanged, and get a full or partial refund. Your complaint must be legitimate, which means that any flaws cannot be attributable to improper product usage or damaging activity. Please be aware that your right to complain is restricted in accordance with items with a limited lifespan.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held accountable or liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from your interactions with any such sponsors, third parties, or advertisers or from their use of our website.
  • Governing law
    These Terms and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Dispute resolution
    • Binding Arbitration
      Except for those disputes that are specifically excluded herein, disputes between us and you (the “Parties”) that cannot be settled via informal dialogue shall be ultimately and solely settled by binding arbitration.

      Arbitration shall be used to settle any disagreement, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or its breach, termination, or invalidity. English will be used in the arbitration procedures, and the arbitration will take place in the nation where the firm is based or where you now reside in the EU. United Kingdom's substantive law shall govern this Agreement.

We prefer not to take part in alternative consumer dispute resolution processes because we would rather handle your requests in person.       Under no circumstances may any Party file a Dispute through the Website more than six (6) months after the cause of action first accrued. Both Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts listed above for jurisdiction in the event that any portion of this provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, and neither Party will choose to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion.     • Exceptions to Arbitration
      The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorised use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
